“Bolivia. It’s definitely too often ignored. First of all, it’s cheap, eecially if you’re coming from a developing country. It’s also great for shopping as there are numerous markets you can search for treasures. The diversity is amazing. You can go from snow-capped Andes to tropical jungle to salt pan deserts…”
“The people are amazing and often, they will go out of their way to help you. The culture and spiritual traditions are deep and fascinating, and you can lose yourself exploring folklore or shamanic healing. They have a strong indigenous culture and the wildlife is incredible. You have Lake Titicaca and amazing ruins. Bolivia also has an interesting law, Pachamama, whereby Mother Earth is given the same judicial rights as any citizen. It’s definitely one of the best places I’ve ever visited.”
