½ pound ground pork (chicken would make a great substitute!)
30 grams of chives, finely chopped
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
2 teaspoons of rice vinegar
2 teaspoons of sesame oil
¼ teaspoon of white pepper
½ teaspoon of salt
I skipped Aila’s inclusion of filling water for simplicity, but a dash of ground Sichuan peppercorn or ground ginger would offer these tasting notes in a simpler way.
