Well, a seal was on the loose in downtown New Haven, Connecticut on Sunday.
Police have no idea where the seal came from, and the Mystic Aquarium is taking care of the animal while they figure that out.
Obviously, people are loving this one.
“They probably just wanted some pepe’s pizza,” this local joked.
“Yale just be letting anyone in nowadays,” another person chimed in.
And this person said what we’re all thinking: “I would not be baffled I would be delighted.”
The New Haven Police Department has since welcomed the seal with open arms.
