The result is a nostalgic, flavor-packed mashup that blends Tasty’s viral recipe roots with Brown Bag’s modern chopped sandwich craft.

At Brown Bag, sandwiches are built around our chopped technique, where the meats, sauces, and toppings are chopped together so every bite is balanced. For this version, we’re highlighting that approach while staying true to the spirit of the original dish. Like everything Brown Bag serves, the meats, sauces and toppings are made in-house and chopped together for a sandwich that feels familiar, yet totally new. 

The collaboration comes amid continued momentum for Brown Bag’s Flatiron location, which has recently been featured by major outlets including  Bon Appétit, PEOPLE Magazine, and ABC7’s Neighborhood Eats. In addition to its in-store offerings, Brown Bag has expanded its catering program, now serving offices and events across Manhattan.

For Tasty, the collaboration is part of its 10-year anniversary celebration, which includes a slate of new content, fan-favorite talent, and real-world culinary partnerships that bring its most cherished recipes off-screen and into kitchens—and now, for a limited time, restaurants.
