And despite Karla insisting in an interview with CNN en Español that both Selena and her other high-profile costar Zoe Saldaña support her “200%,” there is evidence to suggest that the majority of the Emilia Pérez cast and crew actually feel less than supportive towards Karla.
Meanwhile, Emilia Pérez’s director, Jaques Audiard, did not hold back as he condemned Karla’s behavior in an interview with Deadline on Feb. 5.
And now, Selena has broken her silence on the whole thing — and admitted that Karla has somewhat tainted her Emilia Pérez experience.
Needless to say, I’d love to know how Selena really feels about the alleged “rich rat” tweet, but I have to admire her dignified public response.
