Kim Turnball clarified rumors surrounding her prior relationship with Brooklyn Peltz Beckham.
If the opening sentence just elicited a big “huh?” from you, for context, there has been ample speculation surrounding whether or not there’s some kind of feud going on within the Beckham family right now. Specifically, it appears that Brooklyn and his wife, Nicola, have distanced themselves from the wider family.
Why? One school of thought posits that Nicola and her mother-in-law, Victoria, had some kind of incident during her 2022 wedding.
Then there’s younger brother Romeo, who was dating Kim, a model and DJ. There have been rumors that Brooklyn and Kim had some kind of romantic entanglement before she dated Romeo. People even reported that Brooklyn skipped dad David’s 50th birthday because “Brooklyn didn’t want to be in the same room as her, and he told his dad that…Brooklyn and Kim know each other from the past, and his family knows he’s not comfortable around her.”
Well, Romeo and Kim just broke up a few weeks ago. Earlier today, she took to her Instagram story to write, “I’ve avoided speaking on this topic to prevent adding fuel to the fire, however it’s come to a point where I feel the need to address it so I can move on.”
“I will not continue to receive harassment or be embarrassed on the basis of lies, to fit a certain narrative,” she continued. “I have never been romantically involved in ANY capacity at ANY point with the person in question. Nothing between us has occurred further than a school friendship at age 16. I would like to remove myself from the ongoing conversation and set the record straight for the sake of everyone involved.”
Romeo then followed up with a cryptic Instagram story where he wrote, “Be nice to people and don’t tell unnecessary lies.”
