“My toddler eats best when we sit down for meals together. For breakfast, we sit down together and eat at the table, usually while listening to a story podcast, OR if I’ve already eaten, I’ll read him some books and chit-chat with him.”
“Keeping his mind a little occupied allows him to eat more casually, but he’s not so distracted that he won’t eat (like when the TV is on). I have luck with lots of fruit, hidden veggie muffins, yogurt with granola — healthy but sweet items in the morning.”
