Online reviews…they can be helpful for finding out if a product or business is worth your time, and they can help you grow a business. BUT THEY ALSO CAN BE FREAKING BONKERS!!!
So, here are 35 online reviews from people who should not be allowed near the internet:

First, some people who leave reviews are REAL pieces of work:

They might not understand how things work (and your business will suffer for it):

And they might not tell the whole story (making you look terrible):

Some reviewers are just plain weird, like this guy who demonstrated how happy he was with the purchase of these shoes by modeling them on his sex doll:

There are some real Mensa members out there, too, who will bring down your ranking for no damn good reason:

And this genius gave a brand-new business one star…for the most ridiculous reason:

People who upload photos to review sites aren’t always helpful either:

Some bad reviews are the owners’ own damn fault (like this one), but they sure aren’t going to help business:

I had no idea businesses — like this blood donation center — could lose business because of alleged Satanism:
