“A regular day in my late 20s was STUFFED: Exercise, shower, egg bites and a smoothie, commute to the office, coffee, emails and phone calls. Lunch is a 3-mile walk including a couple puffs off the weed vape. Leave work at 5 p.m. and commute to the gym for a 1-hour Muay Thai class. Head home for weight training and dinner, then get high and play video games while chatting homies and girls. Every weekend was various bars with different friend groups. I’d indulge in pretty much any drugs that I was around. And it always felt like that was just who I was: a person who loved partying and getting into shenanigans who suffered a chronic restlessness for crazy nights and wild memories.”
