Listen, while it’s playful banter between Owen and Lukas, I can’t help but be triggered by this conversation. Not in some overly dramatic meltdown type of way, but as someone who identifies as bisexual, I found myself hitting every beat of this conversation with a friend, once or twice.
In LGBTQ+ circles, it feels like your proximity to queerness is often questioned, especially if you find multiple genders attractive. In predominantly straight circles, I would say it’s even worse. And honestly, it’s pretty difficult to explain each specific sexual scenario that you do and don’t prefer as someone who is not 100% gay.
