It’s worth noting that in spite of any skepticism, it has been proven that sunscreen helps to prevent skin cancer caused by sun exposure. As the Skin Cancer Foundation put it last year, “The [claim] that wearing sunscreen is harmful and may even cause skin cancer is not only false but dangerous.”
