I’m going to focus on the highlights of my wear for the sake of the review, but for the full picture, here’s a day-by-day breakdown of my wear and workouts for the full 14 days:
Week 1
-Day 1: 1 hour and 20 minutes working at my desk
-Day 2: 1 hour and 45 minutes working at my desk
-Day 3: Rest day
-Day 4: 1 hour on the couch
-Day 5: 2 hours; 1 hour and 45 minutes working at my desk, and 15 minutes exercising with weights
-Day 6: 1 hour around the house
-Day 7: 1 hour on a 2-mile walk
Week 2
-Day 8: 1 hour and 50 minutes; 1 hour and 30 minutes working at my desk, and 20 minutes exercising with weights
-Day 9: 30 minutes; 20 minutes on a neighborhood walk, and 10 minutes exercising with weights
-Day 10: 2 hours; 1 hour running errands and working at my desk, and 1 hour at ballet class
-Day 11: 1 hour; 40 minutes on a walk, and 20 minutes afterward at home
-Day 12: 30 minutes doing an arms and abs workout
-Day 13: Rest day
-Day 14: 1 hour; 30 minutes doing at-home pilates, and 30 minutes afterward
