There are a couple of worlds I’ve always wanted to belong to that I probably never will: The world of fine wine and the world of fine cheese. I’m just not a wine drinker, but I do love cheese. However, going into specialty cheese places usually intimidates me because they use words in contexts I haven’t heard of, and I don’t taste the notes they’re describing, then I panic and leave and go to Trader Joe’s to get specialty cheese there.
