Here’s What Zendaya’s Mom, Claire, Had To Say About Law Roach’s Claim That Her Daughter Secretly Married Tom Holland

“The wedding has already happened. You missed it,” he said after Access Hollywood asked if he could share anything about the plans for Zendaya’s bridal looks.

“Is that true?” the shocked reporter replied, and Law responded with a big laugh. “It’s very true. Yeah,” he said.

Elsewhere on the red carpet, Law doubled down on the claim in another interview with Entertainment Tonight, saying: “The wedding already happened. Y’all missed it.”

Law’s comments come less than two weeks after Zendaya was seen out wearing a gold band in place of her engagement ring.

The marriage claim has not yet been confirmed by Tom, Zendaya, or their representatives. But, for what it’s worth, I’d argue that Law, who has been styling Zendaya since she was 14 and is a core member of her inner circle, is a pretty reliable source.

Tom and Zendaya are notoriously private, and this wouldn’t be the first time that they’ve confirmed a major relationship milestone through a family member. For example, back in January 2025, it was Tom’s dad, Dominic, who confirmed that Zendaya and his son were engaged.

Notably, it was also Law who initially managed fans’ expectations for the couple’s wedding, saying in May 2025: “They try to be as private as possible, so like, there won’t be a Vogue spread, or there won’t be, you know, pictures of the wedding. The people that she will invite will be really respectful of their privacy.”

With all this in mind, I wouldn’t hold out hope for a glossy wedding shoot or a big Instagram announcement from the couple themselves. But what we do have is an acknowledgement from Zendaya’s mom, Claire Stoermer.

On Monday, the day after the Actor Awards, Claire took to her Instagram Story to repost the ET clip of Law saying that Zendaya and Tom’s wedding “already happened.”

Drawing attention to Law’s mischievous energy in the clip, she wrote, “The laugh…,” with a laughing face emoji.
