“The desolation of DEI programs just proves that this is a racist administration that the American people voted in. I’ve seen nothing that has helped people, only executive orders that have taken away from American citizens. Just think, we are at a time when the words diversity, equity, and inclusion are dirty words. Belonging, being treated fairly, and being included in American society are now considered to be wrong. The reason that DEI programs came about is because the history of this country has excluded certain groups in all facets of society.”

“DEI being taken away from our country tells us what a horrid state we are all in and that the American public voted for a racist, narcissistic president once again. The word ‘merit’ is only used as a smoke screen for such racism. People in DEI programs must be able to prove themselves once they are in, and before they’re included in obtaining jobs, they still have to have specific qualifications. Historically, we have minority groups with the same qualifications as their counterparts but still are excluded because they are not white. Maybe the DOD forgot to include St. Patrick’s Day, Italian Celebrations, Polish Celebrations, and other ‘white’ events in their list. Sorry, Kamala, we are going back! I know you tried to prevent this, but America wanted him!”
