If you need a new show to watch, Chad Powers is exactly what you’re looking for. It’s Ted Lasso meets Mrs. Doubtfire with a football twist, and Glen Powell is your leading man.
Inspired by the character made famous by Eli Manning, the show follows disgraced quarterback Russ Holliday. He goes undercover to try out and eventually walk onto the South Georgia football team following a devastating loss nearly a decade ago at the Rose Bowl. But will all the lies finally catch up to him? We’ll have to wait until the finale on October 28 to find out…
