Lest you’ve ever wondered, Hailey Bieber broke down everything that she does to her face.
In a new interview on the podcast In Your Dreams With Owen Thiele, Hailey was asked to “be real” and discuss everything she does for skincare. “Why would I lie?” Hailey replied. ” I’m just really diligent with my skincare, but there are treatments that I really do like.”
As for what those treatments are, the Rhode founder began, “I love doing PRP with micro needling. I’ve talked about that a lot.” For context, PRP (platelet-rich plasma) is also called the “vampire facial.” During the procedure, blood is drawn from the patient’s arm, the platelets are separated, and then it is re-injected. There’s currently little evidence on whether it’s effective.
Another treatment Hailey enjoys is PRF, or platelet-rich fibrin. It’s basically a type of filler that is also taken from the patient’s own blood. “I’ve done that which I loved,” Hailey explained, affirming that she’d had the filler injected “all over.” She added, “I’ve injected my smile lines, I’ve injected it under my eyes. It’s your own blood. And that’s the thing, I like to do things that I can trust is from your own body. I’m just consistent with things like that, I do that a couple times a year. I’ve done light, little lasers before.”
“I don’t have any Botox — except for in my jaw for TMJ — but I have no Botox in my face. I made a commitment to myself that I wasn’t going to do any Botox until I was in my 30s. When I get there, I’ll see if I even want to do it. But my mom has no Botox, my mom does nothing to her skin and she looks insane,” the 28-year-old said.
Hailey has previously shut down plastic surgery speculation, responding to one before-and-after Instagram post in 2020, “I’ve never touched my face. So if you’re gonna sit around and compare me at 13, and then me at 23, at least use a natural photo that wasn’t edited so crazy.”
