If one thing’s for certain, it’s that the medical field is not for the weak. Coming from someone who gets squeamish while watching medical TV shows, I can’t imagine what doctors, nurses, paramedics, and other medical professionals witness on a daily basis. Some would think that after many years in their field, a person would become numb to almost any scenario, yet sometimes a patient encounter is SO wild that it sticks out in their mind for the rest of their career…
