The cheapest way to reduce obesity, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, heart attacks, cancer, strokes, sleep apnoea, joint disease, mental health disorders, and pretty much most other disorders? A brisk walk/jog of 30 to 60 minutes five times a week.”
