Bella Hadid addressed concerns following her appearance at this year’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.
Some noted that the 29-year-old seemed more unsteady and kept looking down during her second walk on the runway, where she was clad in giant white wings.
Initially, Bella seemed to attribute the difference in energy to her wardrobe, as she wrote on her Instagram story, “Ok we’re not going to pretend these wings weren’t 50 pounds but HOW BEAUTIFUL.” She later added of the wings, “Heavy or not… your girl will always keep walkin the walk.”
A TikTok subsequently went viral that observed that Bella looked “like she was finna cry the whole show,” asking, “What the fuck wrong with you?”
Bella herself then commented, “Girl I got my period that morning and my stamina is not up yet after the whole hospital sitch but I tried my best and I LOVEEEE you for this I’m ok I swear. I’m sorry if I let u down.”
For context, Bella has previously been open about having endometriosis, joking that “shooting Victoria’s Secret on your period, with endo” should be “illegal.”
