There’s nothing like getting your first grill and setting it up in the backyard. Your friends are coming over on the weekends and bringing different foods to cook, and you realize how convenient and quick it can be to grill up a chicken breast or a couple of burgers, even on a weeknight! I have a propane grill and I love it, but I’ve also used a charcoal grill in the past, and I have to say they provide some great flavor. Whatever your grill of choice is, the world is your oyster, and the backyard is your new dinner party location.
There are a ton of obvious choices when it comes to grilling and having a cookout: burgers, duh. Hot dogs, yes, please. Sausages, steaks, and skewers, too. But what if you want to get more creative, or spend more time outside enjoying the nice summer weather and cooking up your next delicious meal? There are actually a ton of things you can make on the grill that may not have crossed your mind yet. Start experimenting with some of these when you get bored with the classic options.
