“There are several scenes that, in my opinion, should be studied as the perfect examples of how to make a movie.
Especially the one where they see the first brachiosaurus. The audience sees only their reactions for a long time. The music is hushed…and then as the camera reveals the dinosaur, the music swells. The reactions are so genuine. Dr. Grant, a smart and eloquent scientist, is literally lost for words and points like a child saying, ‘It’s…it’s a dinosaur.’
That movie is a masterpiece.”
