“I miss snow days. I work in the office as much as possible and generally only work from home when I have training to do or a day with a lot of meetings (I miss that too — in-person meetings, which are rare now). This is by choice, because I am much more comfortable and productive in the office. Everyone else on my team is remote, and I really miss the day-to-day interaction. Regarding the snow days: we typically have closings of our physical locations several times a year due to inclement weather. That used to be extra time off. Now we are expected to work from home instead.”
