“At a call center, we had a weird, creepy guy who thought it was hilarious to rip farts all day long while taking calls. Like, he would go out of his way to make them as loud and performative as possible, and because people were stuck to their desks with headsets, no one could really do anything about it. There was assigned seating, but it was pretty clear no one wanted to sit near this guy, so there was a sort of loose rule that anyone could go to an empty desk on shifts this guy was working. Anyways, this dude then made a point of waiting until this one girl found a desk and got on a call before taking the seat next to her so he could intentionally keep farting at her. Not on, ‘at.’ Like turning and aiming. And he’d follow her around, desk to desk, like this was his idea of flirting.”
