It’s crazy to think 2006 was 20 years ago. It was the year before I graduated high school, and much of my time was split between MySpace and the local emo music scene. I’m from the same city as Story Of The Year, and every weekend I religiously went to the venue they filmed their music video for “Until The Day I Die” in, The Creepy Crawl.
A simpler time, indeed.
I owned every color of eyeliner there was, spent way too much money on band hoodies and shoes with skulls on them, and failed miserably at cutting my own hair into an emo/scene mullet.
