Donald Trump unveiled his “Board of Peace” in Davos on Thursday.
So far, a couple of dozen countries have joined: Albania, Argentina, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Belarus, Bulgaria, Egypt, Hungary, Indonesia, Israel, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kuwait, Mongolia, Morocco, Pakistan, Paraguay, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan and Vietnam.
Naturally, there are jokes about this whole thing, but one small detail is becoming part of the discourse.
Writer and political commentator Adam Schwarz noticed that it looked like the UN logo, “except dipped in gold and edited so the world only includes America.”
