Tiffany “New York” Pollard is undisputed reality TV royalty.
Whether you’re talking about Flavor of Love and I Love New York, Tiffany’s hilarious spinoffs like New York Goes to Hollywood, or College Hill: Celebrity Edition, and House of Villains — the HBIC has remained a staple in TV entertainment and an LGBTQ+ icon.
Tiffany doesn’t take the title of queer icon lightly. New York is representing in more ways than one, and ahead of the new reality series Slayers: Wheel of Fate, Tiffany revealed to Pink News new information about their sexuality.
“I really do resonate with non-binary because I feel like we are so dual without even recognising it,” Tiffany told the publication. “Because it takes two sexes for us to get here, so some days I may feel a lot more masculine and sometimes I’m super feminine, and that’s OK.”
Getting more candid about sexuality, Tiffany told PinkNews that she first kissed a girl in junior high, and shared what the experience was like. “The first time I ever really kissed a girl, I think it was in junior high, and I knew and it was fine. It felt good, it felt right. It had to happen at some point.”
“You gonna come out of that closet and once you do it’s like, ‘OK, wow, this world is open to me in new ways and sweetie, shoving me back in the closet is never going to be an option,'” she added.
The reality competition show, Slayers: Wheel of Fate, features an LGBTQ+ cast, where ten queer gamers compete to win $25,000 through “immersive gaming experience completely with a mysterious castle, a villain named Queen Karen, and ‘dragon’ that east the eliminated contestant every week,” according to the series website.

As someone who has followed her career since 2007 and is a fellow non-binary person, this is some of the best news of 2025.
