Ask any person who has been pregnant, and they’ll tell you the cravings are a doozy.
Sometimes the cravings make sense. Sometimes they don’t. Sometimes you feel like you need it RIGHT NOW. Sometimes the urge goes away just as quickly as it came on. And the best thing any good partner can do is to just go with it.
Recently, a guy placing a pizza order for his wife went viral for illustrating this exact phenomenon. In a post that has been viewed well over 1.4 million times, he made the following requests:
Yes, that is one large pizza with: triple pepperoni, extra cheese, banana peppers, light jalapenos, half chicken, half mushrooms, half caramelized onions, half olives, and light sauce.
And if any employee were to grow concerned that maybe someone hit the wrong buttons, the guy left a message saying, “Bro yes i know this looks insane and you’re probably like who is this dude? i’m the dude who has a very pregnant wife.”
“i’m done questioning what she wants,” the note continues. “i’m scared of her and honestly you should be to. i promise this is the order. thank you and godspeed.”
People are absolutely loving the post. Upon virality, thousands left hilarious comments like, “Bro didn’t order pizza… he submitted a cry for help.”
The internet thinks it’s best to keep her happy.
And PLENTY are applauding the guy for fulfilling his partner’s wishes. “I know he’s your husband,” one person wrote, “but you gotta marry him again.”
But one of the most repeated comments was this extremely valid question: “But which halves go with which halves?????”
I’ll let you ponder that one on your own. Cheers!
