The TSA posted a picture of some sort of umbrella weapon they confiscated:
They captioned it, “This passenger at Chicago O’Hare International Airport must have expected a sharp drop in temperature, only to have to leave their rain guardian behind. While bladeless umbrellas are good to go as a carry-on item, be sure to check with your airline for any size or weight restrictions.”
Well, this set people off in the comments. Everyone is apparently a comedian!
People are saying they caught John Wick.
They’re blaming The Penguin.
“If you ever get mad at the weather, you now have a weapon to fight back,” this person joked.
Then, there are the people who want one themselves.
“Did y’all spot a label or designer?” this person asked.
“In all seriousness, that’s a cool umbrella,” another person said.
And this person has the top comment: “You cannot imagine how mad I would be if THIS was the way I found out that my umbrella was a WEAPON this whole time.”
As this person said, it is kind of wild they don’t have a lost & found, “TSA really needs to set up a system for people to get their items back.”
Anyway, I love a picture of a TSA-confiscated item, but I’m still angry about the whole peanut butter thing. PEANUT BUTTER IS NOT A LIQUID.
