Donald Trump attended Pope Francis’ funeral in Rome on Saturday.

To be fair, a bunch of other people in the crowd had blue suits.
But it definitely stood out in some pics.
According to The Independent, “The dress code for the funeral at St Peter’s Square in Vatican City required men to wear a dark suit with a black tie and a black button on the left lapel.”
A bunch of Trump fans are pointing out that Prince William had a blue suit on, too.
But other people are asking why he just didn’t wear a black one.
The New York Times wrote a piece on it.
And menswear expert, @dieworkwear, pointed out, “These norms are pretty much gone in the US, but for the Pope’s funeral, it seems like you should adhere to protocol. A funeral calls for a black wool suit, white shirt, black tie, and black leather dress shoes.”
