The VMAs are almost here, folks!!
This year, the annual MTV award show will begin at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT on Sunday, September 7, from New York’s USB Arena.
If you have cable, the show will be broadcast on MTV, MTV2, BET, BET Her, CMT, CC, Logo, Nickelodeon, Paramount Network, TV Land, and VH1.
The red carpet show will be hosted by Nessa and Kevan Kenney, with live performances from KATSEYE.
The awards show will be hosted by LL Cool J.
And there will be performances from a TON of great artists like Lady Gaga, Jelly Roll, Doja Cat, Post Malone, Tate McRae, Conan Gray, Sabrina Carpenter, Ricky Martin, Busta Rhymes, J Balvin with DJ Snake, Alex Warren, and Sombr.
Mariah Carey will also be taking the stage as this year’s recipient of the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award.
There will also be a ton of celebs presenting awards like Jessica Simpson, Ashlee Simpson Ross, Ciara, Drew Barrymore, Ice Spice, Latto, Livvy Dunne, The Hunting Wives stars Brittany Snow and Malin Akerman, Megan Stalter, Nikki Glaser, and Paris Hilton.
Lady Gaga is the frontrunner for this year’s show, with 12 nominations. Though Bruno Mars is right behind her with 11 noms. Kendrick Lamar has been nominated 10 times and Sabrina Carpenter has recieved 8 noms.
