Erika Kirk is back in the news for acting in a way that people feel is, um, pretty unusual for a grieving widow.
And now, eagle-eyed social media users have spotted something very interesting: a wedding photo that used to sit on the bookshelf behind Charlie Kirk appears to have been replaced.
The viral screenshot of Erika comes from a Blaze TV interview that was posted on YouTube on Dec. 12 (about three months after Charlie was killed). And the wedding photo wasn’t the only thing that seemed to be missing; she also wasn’t wearing her wedding ring.
Obviously, the internet had thoughts about this!
After the image went viral, a spokesperson for Turning Point USA told Newsweek, “Erika moved it to a lower shelf when her daughter asked to see it so she could hold and look at the photo. It’s still on the studio shelf, just lower down where her daughter can look at it whenever she’s in there with her mom.”
