Vance Boelter was indicted in July and accused of killing Melissa and Mark as well as seriously injuring Senator John Hoffman and his wife, Yvette. According to CNN,  “[Boelter] faces six charges, including stalking, murder, and firearms offenses — with at least two of those charges carrying the possibility of the death penalty.”
