I’m sure we all have issues with certain situations or discussing them. And more often than not, it has to do with what kind of emotion controls our reactions to these awkward or stressful scenarios. For me personally, I do not like confrontations and loud noises. I avoid it like my life is on the line. I would like to change my reaction, but I’m not sure what emotion controls it.
So I thought it would only be fitting to create a set of scenarios to go through and see what emotion my decisions reflect. And I want to take you guys with me on this journey of self-awareness. Navigate through these stressful and awkward scenarios and find out which emotion is your core emotion!
