Yup, I’m from the Great White North — though, being a Toronto girl, I’m just about as far south as a Canadian can get. New York City is just a one-hour flight away, so it’s wild to think some Americans still imagine Canadians riding snowmobiles to work, only living in igloos, and keeping pet moose. (Mine would be named Bruce, if I had one.) The truth is, places like Vancouver and Seattle, Toronto and New York, Nova Scotia and Maine — they’re honestly pretty similar. But Canadians do have that extra bit of charm, politeness, and all-around infectious friendliness. Then again…maybe I’m just biased. (Okay, I’m totally biased.)
But even if you do know we don’t have pet moose, can you still ace some basic Canadian trivia? This super easy Canadian history quiz should be a breeze for Canadians — but for our neighbours? Well, I guess we’ll see…
