Luigi Mangione had a pretrial hearing in New York City on Friday.
He wore some loafers without socks and some thirsty Getty photographer took a pic of them.
And now that picture of his shackled feet is going viral:

On X, you have people saying, “Before anyone comes at him for not wearing socks, please understand that rawdogging loafers is a traditional component of Italian formal wear.”

And this person joked, “i feel like a victorian man seeing a womans ankle for the first time.”
“The photographer documenting the loafers was going for extra credit,” one person said.
