As the first episode kicks off, there’s a sizzle reel featuring a snippet of all the drama to come. From the jewelry heist trial in Paris to tension within the family, there’s A LOT that will be unpacked in the coming episodes. Plus, there are quick blink-and-you’ll-miss-it cameos of Caitlyn Jenner and Rob Kardashian, who are making their returns to the series.
One of the most shocking revelations is when Kim reveals a brain scan detected “a little aneurysm.”
Kourtney is surprised by the news.
Kim explains it’s “just stress” that caused the aneurysm. From the Paris trial proceedings to studying for the bar exam and everything in between, she has so much on her plate.
According to the Mayo Clinic, “a brain aneurysm is a bulge or ballooning in a blood vessel in the brain.” If it leaks or ruptures, it’ll cause bleeding in the brain, better known as a hemorrhagic stroke.
“Brain aneurysms are common,” the Mayo Clinic said. “But most brain aneurysms aren’t serious, especially if they’re small. Most brain aneurysms don’t rupture.”
And during a phone call with Kris and Khloé, she mentions, “This has been the hardest week of my life.”
It then cuts to a tearful interview where she discusses her former relationship with Kanye West and how she’s “happy it’s over.”
“My ex will be in my life no matter what,” she said. “We have four kids together.”
Later, she cries at a table and asks, “Why the f–k is this happening?” We feel you, girl.
Someone pass the tissues because this season already has me all emotional, and it barely started!
