Jeremy Allen White Made Rare Comments On Co-Parenting His Two Daughters

Jeremy and Addison, both actors, first met in their teenage years and were married from 2019-2023. Addison filed for divorce not long after The Bear became an international success. They have joint custody of their children, aged seven and five.

Since then, Jeremy has been linked with Rosalìa and Molly Gordon, his co-star from The Bear, though he’s never confirmed the speculation. Addison is dating her Hal & Harper co-star and director, Cooper Raiff.

In a new interview with the Sunday Times, Jeremy spoke about playing Bruce Springsteen in the biopic Springsteen: Deliver Me from Nowhere. “Filming the Bruce movie was incredibly difficult. I was in isolation. I was far from my children. I didn’t travel home much,” he said. “It made me unwell and when I came out of it I thought, ‘There has to be a better way.'”

When asked about what the public thinks of him, he continued, “It depends how people gather information, I suppose…There have been periods in the last few years where there has been more scrutiny, or something going on in my personal life that has been of interest, and none of that is welcome. You want as much anonymity as possible.”

However, Jeremy said that he still feels “lucky” and accepts the “trade-off” as part of being an actor. “And after a while,” he said, “people will stop following you once they realize that all you do is pick up your kids from school and come home. My life — my normal life — is very simple.”

“Like today. I made breakfast for my daughters, took them to school and later I will pick them up and make dinner,” he added. “I have seven dinner dishes I do well, and three my children enjoy…You do the prep, then they take a bite and just ask for chicken nuggets.”
