Brooklyn Beckham And Nicola Peltz Met Through Leonardo DiCaprio, And My Mind Is Blown

It all started when the couple skipped not one, but all three of his dad, David Beckham’s, 50th birthday celebrations, with a source telling People last month: “There are tensions between Brooklyn and Nicola and the family,” before insisting that “the relationship is definitely not beyond repair.” 

Amid all of this, Brooklyn raised eyebrows when he called Nicola his “whole world” in a soppy Instagram post, which read: “My whole world x I will love you forever x I always choose you baby x you’re the most amazing person i know xx me and you forever baby❤️❤️”

In the comments, many interpreted Brooklyn’s caption to be a dig at his family — particularly his parents — and his youngest brother, Cruz Beckham, appeared to have some feelings about it, too. Soon after Brooklyn’s post went live, Cruz shared a telling statement to his Instagram story.

Alongside a family photo from September 2024, which included Brooklyn but not Nicola, 20-year-old Cruz wrote: “I love my family, I love you guys more than anything, mum & dad, you gave us life and cared for us no matter what, I cannot tell you how blessed we all are to have you in our lives x.”
