People will peer into her living insides while talking to her, as her organs to pulse, bleed, etc., while she experiences varying levels of sensation/awareness of the proceedings. (Including, in a some horrible cases of medical error/carelessness, excruciating pain.) I know one person who watched the proceedings through a reflection — she saw inside her own cut-open uterus.”
