Homeowner’s Associations, known as HOAs, are typically created to maintain the appearance of a neighborhood. However, they will occasionally become “hijacked” by nosy, power-hungry neighbors, leading to wildly petty and UNHINGED behavior. There’s nothing quite as infuriating for a homeowner as being informed that they need to literally move their entire home or allow their dog’s, ahem, bowel movements to be DNA tested — and unfortunately for these poor souls, they know all about it!
