Beans, beans, the magical fruit. The more you eat, the more you…love them! There’s a misconception that beans are boring, but it couldn’t be further from the truth. As a certified bean lover (or at least, if there was certification available, I think I’d pass that test), I guarantee that beans belong on your table for many reasons.
Not only are beans budget-friendly, but they are also packed with protein, fiber, and iron, and can bulk up meat-filled or vegan recipes alike. Heck, you can even make them into dessert. In my constant efforts to make people fall in love with beans, I’m sharing some of my favorite ways to use ’em.
