How To Host A Stress-Free Pizza Night

My favorite food is pizza (cliché, but I don’t care), especially when I get to bake it at home with a group of friends. While I do have professional baking experience, I still try to make it as easy (and tasty) as possible. Pizza making can definitely be a little tricky at first, but after a slight learning curve, you can make restaurant-quality pizza at home. Here are some of my favorite tips and shortcuts I’ve learned along the way to make things flow smoothly, from personal experience!

1. Plan out the perfect menu.

2. Make the dough ahead of time (or don’t!).

3. Do some prep work and mise en place.

4. Pre-shape your pizza dough to save time.

5. Get some pizza trays (and anything else you might need).

6. Make a big green salad to go with it.

7. Plan out the portions appropriately.

8. Make it collaborative.
