10 Horror Movies That I Bet You’ve Never Seen

This movie has a bad reputation, but once again, I’ll let you be the judge of that. Come on, not every movie can be best picture-worthy. This is a sequel to the 2006 movie, Silent Hill, based on the video game of the same name. To me, this is just like watching the Hellraiser sequels or, honestly, any of the ’80s/’90s slasher sequels. You don’t care if they make sense; you’re just there for a good time. That’s how I feel about this movie. It has cool monsters, and that’s all that really matters. Again, I wouldn’t say that you need to watch the first one to understand this one (there is plenty of exposition and flashbacks), but it depends on how much you care. It might help you understand this one better. If you want to watch a gruesome horror movie with incredible music, creepy creature designs, and very intricate world-building, then this is the movie for you.

(Full disclosure: I have never played the games. I feel like that was obvious, though.)

You can watch this movie with a Peacock subscription or on Xumo Play (I promise that’s a real thing).
